I just to loved del taco but today I had a terrible experience the French fries where horrible cover on scales from a duty oil even the color was dark and tasted bitter I ordered a churro it was cold and looks raw in the inside it was sad especially because my kids loved del taco.
I was greeted by Destini & Jhonatan I felt welcome my order came out fresh & fast & I was highly satisfied I will defenitely be coming to this location on Tropicana & Jones more often Thankyou all for everything.
Employee Trent was a great asset to the store very polite to all the customers delivered food to table great attitude great employee!

Your Del Taco #1054 in N. Las Vegas, NV is the has the most inadequate staff. I had to wait in drive through for 5 minutes before they would take my order and that’s after I asked if anyone was there. The person on the speaker said give me a minute. I waited another 5 minutes.. There were no cars at their window and 1 customer inside. There were 4 employees. I ordered my two cokes and had to wait another 5 minutes at the window before I paid. I gave a $20 and had to ask for my change twice and my drinks were almost thrown at me. I’ve ordered there in the morning for breakfast too and they are just a slow. My first job was at a Del Taco in CA where I met my future husband in 1974. I know the expectations of employees and they need to be retrained.

I visited this store for the first time in many months. The Hostess Rina was very polite and on top of every thing. A man John was sweeping the floor in the preparation area and just kept moving the pile of fries, paper stuff and other food items around in a 3ft square area and the workers had to keep going around him at one point the hostess stumbled trying to go around him as he put the pile in her walking area. The store in general was very clean. A male employee was cleaning tables and chairs while sweeping the floors very polite young man. Everyone’s attitude seamed to be uplifting. Overall I would rate this store as tops in cleanliness and customer service. This was taco tuesday and with all the customers Rina was on top of it with a smile plus bagging the food and helping out where she seen a need. Wonderful Employee. I’m retired now but if I was still working I would definitely hire this girl. I don’t care about the discount. Don’t need it. Just wanted to give you a store report. I used to do it for a living and was very strict.

Store #94 ALWAYS (always means 100%) gives me what I did not order. It was comical at first, now it’s just annoying. Must be because the management thinks it’s a good idea to put a person at the drive-up window who doesn’t speak English. Complained before but they call when I’m driving through a cell dark area and still nothing changes after 18 months.
It would stand to reason to place a person in a public relations position who can actually relate to the very people they depend on (customers)

1/9/2020, I ordered a Burrito Combo with instructions of meat,beans, and onions only. She had it right on the receipt, but the cook added “cheese”. I can’t eat cheese so I only got 2 bites out of it. When are these cooks in these fast food restaurants going to learn to read the order right?? If I didn’t already leave the area (take out) I could have taken it back.

Everything was great, except for more staff than customers. I know it was taco Tuesday, however, the added staff only confused them all and made the wait longer.
Store number 0219 went it to order chili fries well done. They weren’t well done this is the second time this has happened same manager. I went in wanting refund the manager grabbed the bag out of my hand opened up the box and tasted a fry and said taste like well done to me. That’s very unprofessional to do. I was looking forward to a Taco night with my favorite shrimp tacos. But my husband wanted burgers. I won the debate & we stoped at our GG Del Taco. When we arrived home and I bit into my shrimp taco. I eminently new something was wrong. I tried a second bit. Still very yucky & pungent tasting. So I went to the second shrimp taco. After 2 bits, I new I wasn’t eating another bite. I have a long day at my job tomorrow & can’t be spending it in the Lady’s room. I love Del Taco’s shrimp tacos. I called the # on my receipt and it just rang and rang & then disconnected me. So I tried again. Finely a lady answer & I told her what happens. She said I would have to returne in 30 mins to get a refund. That’s understandable, but yet defeats the convenience of a “drive thru” I’m not getting in my car and fighting traffic back to the same understaffed location that sold me spoiled shrimp. I will just go to Rubio’s from now on. And I will make a full report to the HEALTH DEPT. !!!!!!! So you can keep your $5. PS. I froze the spoiled shrimp tacos for evidence Incase I do get really sick. And if maybe more people get sick we can all sue your company. Thank you.

Del Taco should fire the “geniuses” that run this page. It took me ten tries to connect to the survey. Let me repeat, 10 tries to take your customer satisfaction survey. I can only imagine how many customers try to give their opinion and leave defeated with a bad memory of Del Taco that in no way relates to their food or service. The people n charge of this page have “clickbait” labeled “survey, customer satisfaction survey, and customer response” highlighted on the page. I consider it a small miracle that I did not give up and actually got through. Again, Del Taco, fire the idiots that you have put in charge of your customer feedback. The idea that they would have misleading areas that take you away from the survey to someone else’s advertisement is both infuriating and unethical.

We love your Double Del Cheeseburgers so we decided to get a couple on the way home from shopping. We got home, we each opened our box and they looked and smelled so good, your food items are always put together with pride unlike some fast food stores.
As I was eating mine I bit on at least 2 bone chips and a couple bites had that sweet taste that we buy your cheeseburgers.
After we finished my wife asked me how mine was and she said yes, mine wasn’t as tasty as usual. So both of us were really unimpressed, very average cheeseburgers.
