I hope I got her name right Maria at sephora near 77th and Broadway was great I appreciated her genuine customer service I went in to buy my usual and asked for a sample she didn’t make me feel like I was unimportant because I am sampling which has not always been the case at other sephora locations where they act like they can’t be bothered that’s if you’re even acknowledged in the first place.

I would like to thank Brianna Burns at the Short Pump Mall – Richmond VA; Sephora for the excellent make over she did on July 31, 2016. She was patient, kind, knew exactly what she was doing. When I didn’t like the lip color she changed it without an attitude or problem. She tried different products o my skin which showed she knew her products and even showed me how to do measure my eye row length. I looked gorgeous, thanks to her. I got so many complements on Facebook and instagram. Short Pump is lucky to have her. I would recommend her to all my friends.

The online tutorial was nothing like the in-store class @Sephora. I had an instructor, Michelle and her assistant Vanessa, teach
the class about eyebrows. She offered us options like, pencil, powder, or pomade. She was so responsive, and sensitive to issues
about eyebrows. I have thinning eyebrows, and she was able to show me how to create a fuller, thicker eyebrows that look very
natural. I made a few mistakes, but Michelle is a magician! She creates a professional look with the swipe of an eyebrow tool.
Vanessa was so nice, too. She stood there reassuring me that the application I tried to work was correct. Very helpful as I am too
insecure about any make-up.
I am very sensitive about anyone touching my make-up or messing with the make-up I have on, Michelle is sensitive this way, too. She didn’t push my buttons the wrong way. Thank you Sephora for the class, and the wonderful teacher.

I went to Sephora yesterday for a completely new makeup kit and also a make up consultation. I was helped by the consultant named Racquel from the Powell store in San Francisco and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me in getting everything I needed while in the store. She made the whole process super fun, educational and enjoyable! I was then cashed out by Kierra who was equally as pleasant, she to was very kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. I will definitely return to this store largely because of the great experience both of these employees assured I had as well of course as the awesome products I got. Overall I had a wonderful experience and feel strongly that both of these employees are a great asset to the company. Thank you both again for all your help!
YASMINE at the Legacy Place Sephora in Dedham Massachusetts is a natural sales associate. Yasime so kindly and successfully prepared me for a wedding (while I was in a rush!) and found exactly what I was looking for! She matched lipstick, Rouge Pur Couiture, number 10-62NN02, perfectly with my skin tone and outfit! The lip liner she found to accent the beauty, Lolita, made my look seamless . On top of my extraordinary satisfaction with Yassmine’s close assistance she suggested Ambient Dim Light lighting powder AND the Hourglass Ambient lighting blush, Mood Exposure as the finishing touch for my rapid purchase!

The store associates are wonderful. I had to talk to customer service about merging two accounts, in ne with phone number and one with email. After 4 calls and several disconnects, Shala was able to merge my accounts. Unfortunately, she was not able to merge my points together. I only got the 558 from phone number account, not 149 from email account. I spent thousands of dollars in Sephora so I don’t think it’s too much to ask to get the correct amount of insider points. She said she couldn’t update the system twice. She was very very helpful. The corporation is the one that I have a problem with. For spending so much money I don’t think it’s that hard to give me an extra 149 points that I earned by buying stuff from the company.

I was in Westfield sephora in culcer city yesterday looking for a new make up. Vicky came up to me and asked what I wad looking for. She was absolutely terrific in helping me with all my questions and explained about prepping my face to help give me the glow! ! I’m celebrating my 50 th anniversary and Vicky was wonderful in guiding me to look my best. I thanked her and we hugged good bye as I left the store very happy. Thank you again, Vicky!!
