I JUST HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT MY SHOW LOW,AZ. STORE AND ASKED THEM POLITELY NOT TO TOUCH THE AIR PRESSURE IN MY TIRES BUT THE MGR.BENJAMIN INSISTED THAT IT WAS COMPANY POLICY AND HE WOULD NOT COMPLY TO MY REQUEST. I ASKED HIM IF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS TOP AND HE SAID AS LONG AS COMPANY POLICY WASN’T BROKEN. HE THEN SAID IF I DID NOT FOLLOW HIS POLICY THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO EVER COME BACK AGAIN. WELL I HAVE THREE VEHICLES AND SHOP AT THIS STORE REGULARLY BUT NO WALMART EMPLOYEE HAS EVER TOLD ME NOT TO EVER COME BACK AGAIN. I HAVE WORKED IN AUTOMOTIVE FOR OVER 45 YRS. AND I AM APPALLED AT HIS RHETORIC. CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT KATHY SHE WAS GREAT AND TOOK CARE OF MY SERVICE. BENJAMIN ON THE OTHER HAND WAS VERY SHORT AND RUDE TO ME AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AT WALMART. EVER

I shop at the walmart store at north wasington in northglenn co.80233 and when go in they always have people with dogs in the store and they are not service dogs which are allowed.it is not only unsanitary but could be harmful to others if one bites a customer or a dog fight should occur. I would like to see what you can do about this issue, if it continues I will shop else where and I know of several others as well that will go else where. Thanks for your attention to this issue
I went to Walmart Broadway Tyler Texas to find a reasonable cellphone for our helper. An associate named Victor Tozino approached and helped me with everything. He answered all my question politely and he even helped activating the phone that I just bought.
I wish there will be more associate like Mr. Victor Tozino in all Walmart.
I recommend to all of my friends and family that if they are in Walmart Tyler and need help go find Mr. Victor Tozino. He is the best.
Love to win this money so i can come to spend back to this store.
Hi my name is Roy Caja and I was shopping on December 10th 2016 at Save-On-Foods in Winfield British Columbia store number 2226 he had the Dawn dish soap on sale you get for $8 and when I get home to check my receipt because of being $188 I noticed my Dawn dish soap was not on sale according to my receipt I had to pay $3.89 each for them next the strawberry jam Kraft strawberry jam was supposed to be on sale two for $8 but not going to my receipt because Jim was $ 9.98 for 2,, so now I have to drive back there to return these items in a snowstorm because it just makes me very upset when this store does this to poor innocent hard-working people
Today I went to Walmart #01347 on Austin Hwy. to shop for grocery items. I am elderly and have difficulty walking, therefore, I
require an electric cart to navigate the store. As is the usual case, there were no carts available. Since the store opened several years ago, I have made numerous requests to the management of the store to provide more carts. Most of the time I must go to HEB for my shopping because they have quite a few carts, and one is always available. Today as I entered the store, once again I found no electric carts available; however, a young employee approached me and asked if he could help. I told him I needed an electric cart. He immediately said he would go find one for me. It took several minutes, but true to his word, he brought me a cart. He was polite, friendly and available to help me.
His name is Rudy Gamboa, and he gets my nomination for the best ever Walmart Employee.
