Head Office re: Staff at Metro at Yonge and Eglinton Ave I am a “Recovering Addict” and I would like to comment on not only the management, the departments, but also I focus on 6 lovely young ladies on the front-end including Crystal, Chantelle,Nyx, Viviana, Laura, the who is slightly challenged (always polite), and lastly Janette-a really polite young woman who served me today at exactly 3:41pm with a beautiful smile, and an amazing attitude. I would like to acknowledge all of these people for all the polite and kind words over the years that I have known them. I enjoy shopping at this store and I can focus on your staff that are always polite, have a great attitude, and most importantly work for Paul Pontarini who is a class act since the I met him from Day 1 back in 1999. Store 316. Came through drive thru but hand to get out due to the long line not moving. Came in and was not greeted and it took me to ask if there was anyone working at the front station. It 10 minutes to get my food. I asked if there was a manage working today? Young lady didn’t know what her managers name was. Other young lady stated yes Leslie and Michelle. She then went to the back, I could hear her tell the manager I was asking the question but no one came to see if there was a problem
