You Will Need:
- A computer or mobile device with internet access.
- A valid Best Buy receipt with a survey invitation.
- A basic understanding of English or Spanish.
- Be a legal resident of the U.S. and Puerto Rico to enter the sweepstakes.
Enter By Online:
- Visit the survey site at www.bestbuycares.com.
- Select your preferred language.
- Locate the 16 or 17-digit code marked group A, B, and C on your Best Buy receipt and carefully enter them in the spaces provided and click next to proceed.
- Based on your most recent shopping experience at a Best Buy store, select one area on which you would most like to give feedback, i.e., service purchase, customer service, or product shopping experience. Click next.
- Select the language you would like to use and click next.
- Answer all questions honestly and thoroughly.
- Enter your name, address, preferred contact telephone number, and email address in the spaces provided and indicate whether you wish to participate in the sweepstakes.
- You will get a message thanking you for your time and feedback. Click next to submit the survey.
Residents of Nebraska and Alabama, however, must be 19 years of age or older to enter the sweepstakes, while residents of Puerto Rico must be 21 years of age or older. I purchased an Apple iPhone SE from your web site on July 12. I went to your Burlington WA location to get the phone activated and Mark was great. He set the phone up, made some adjustments and answered all of my questions. He made me feel like he was there for me and not just another customer.

Lets see who cares…. I just left the Best Buy in Bolingbrook on Weber. I was planning to buy a laptop and equipment for my daughter. The person was busy, called for help. Someone came and talked to us, left and went to lunch. She called for help several time and no one showed. Why couldn’t she help us too? We waited 15-20 min and no help. So we left. I thought we were better customers than that. I called customer service and asked for the web site to contact corp. She sent me to a supervisor who didn’t even ask my what was the problem. I think training is needed in all areas. No responce to this will be my answer.

I have a concern regarding a Best Buy survey that I submitted on March 3, 2017. And I was to receive a free gift for completing the survey if I paid the shipping cost of $4.95. However, a substantial unauthorized purchase was charged to my bank account for a cosmetic product with a follow-up automatic monthly withdrawal. Which was brought to my attention by my bank fraud department? As recommended by them. I contacted the product company but their representatives claimed that they did not have the information on where the order originated from since they are considered a third party, And only agreed to give me back half of the amount and I canceled future orders. As a loyal Best Buy consumer, I am very disappointed by this situation. and hope other unknowingly customers are not taken advantage of as I have been. Hi, I tried to do the survey but every time I started my computer froze. I shopped at the Myrtle beach, sc store and received the best customer service ever. Her name was jeri-Lynn. I was purchasing kids games which I know nothing about. I would have just left and ending up giving my grandchildren money. Thank goodness she knew a lot about the games and the echo I did purchase. She was just a wealth of information and it was a pleasure making the purchase en though I had started to get frustrated just bec I know nothing about this type of purchase.
I will definitely shop more during the season and surely throughout the year. Jeri-Lynn has to be a supervisor due her knowledge in the products I purchased My customer service pin 0855 071 9131 112216. I had great service by AARON WOYAK at the Plover store in Plover, Wisconsin. He restored by faith in Best Best!! Usually there are people walking around and no one is wiling to help you. Aaron went beyond helping me!! I would love to come back to Best Buy just because of him!!! Thanks Aaron!!
