    Every helpful. I bought a pair of shoes from them but once I got home I realized I needed a tighter fit so I brought them back to exchange the size. I got the size I needed but…once I got home I realized that they had given one shoe from the back and the other was the display shoe. The display shoe was very dingy and brownish, so I brought the shoes back again. I was told that the display size was the last in that particular size of that particular shoe. Therefore, I had to have them ordered. Everything was fine once I retrieved the shoes from the store and all the employees handled the situation well each time I brought them back. Great service. ?

    I had bought some shoes in footlocker for the first time ever this Christmas for my boyfriend and was super stoked on the friendly service I got from both the manager and employee keren. Karen really know her stuff when it comes to shoes. She’s very helpful and super sweet. I felt so comfortable I went back today and got me some fresh kicks! Thanks footlocker and thank you Keren we shall be seeing each other real soon

    On 06/11/2016, I, Mrs. Monique Flores did something out of the ordinary, purchase a pair of two hundred dollar sneakers for my brother at House of Hoops located at 268 West 125th Street, New York,, NY 10027. The sales associate Mr. Uriel was a UNIQUE individual who showed he loves his job: he was professional, approachable, cordial, knowledgeable of various sneakers, patient and attentive. Please commend him on being OUTSTANDING and take note, workers like him come a dime a dozen.

    Footlocker Store 25072 employee Kayla, she is the most respectable employee, she is kind, and really cares about each customer. My experience with her was Absolutely Amazing!!… Any and all questions that I had Kayla answered with such professionalism. Although this was only my second time in the store I would definitely come back!!
