For many years, businesses did not take customers’ experiences seriously. They knew that one bad customer experience might lose them several clients through word-of-mouth, but they still did not care because they believed they could cancel out the negative experiences by spending on marketing. Essentially, they believed clever marketing could overcome any negative customer experience. However, the advent of the digital era has changed everything. Today, customers’ voices are so amplified that they trump even the best marketing campaigns. Decreased customer loyalty, increased competition, and increased saturation of marketing channels have all combined to create the recipe for an age where customers, not businesses, wield the power.
The HomeSense Customer Satisfaction Survey aims to overcome this problem. By taking this short survey, you will get a chance to tell the company’s managers and employees how you feel, what you expect, and what you experienced when you visited one of their outlets. Your feedback will help them understand your needs and make the necessary improvements. You could also win a £250 gift card when you take the survey.

About HomeSense

HomeSense is a company that believes value is a combination of quality, brand, fashion, and price. Unlike traditional retail chains, HomeSense generally does not do sales, promotions, coupons, or other sales tricks. It offers brands from thousands of vendors globally.

Conclusion:
Today, consumers know they are entitling to the best customer experience possible. This is why HomeSense are conducting the HomeSense Customer Satisfaction Survey. In order for a business to deliver the best customer experience, it needs to understand its customers and be in close contact with them. It also needs to be engaged with its customers. Unfortunately, many businesses are failing at this. In fact, studies show that less than 40% of Chief Executive Officers believe they understand their clients well today. This is an alarming revelation. However, a big part of the problem is that many businesses are approaching customer engagement all wrong. Much of what many businesses think is customer engagement is quite un-engaging. Essentially, the value is all for the business.

I would like to congratulate you on all of the staff employed at Capitol Centre London Way Preston Lancs. And to Debra behind the counter who was so polite and helpful. Everyone I know loves this particular store and long may it continue
Yesterday late afternoon I was served by a charming assistant called Maxine who took the time to enquire about a discount on an item that I didn’t want to pay full price for. Later I discovered that she finished work at 5.00pm and had still helped me out even though it was past that time. I was delighted with the range of products in store and together with that and the perfect customer service I shall definitely be returning.
Your colleague mentioned to me that my postcode had been reqested as the company is doing some research in respect of opening new stores; I live in the centre of York where there is a large central site which is at the beginning of a process of being developed; TK Maxx/Homsesense would be a draw for people and it might be worth the company enquiring as to the possibility of finding a plot there. Failing that, Acomb, close by, would be a very good site as the shopping area is on the edge of one of the largest residential areas in the city and many people shop there instead of fighting with the crowds in the city centre; plus they can get goods cheaper there.
I was shopping yesterday in home sense Blanchardstown, I experienced brilliant customer service from two of the ladies working there, lrine and Oxana! They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for! So friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!
Visited the brand new store at Guiseley today and received amazing service – nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed looking round and buying! Will be visiting again soon.
Special thanks to Matthew and Carren for all your help.
Bought some items from the Cheadle branch yesterday. We were served by Leyla who was fantastic! She is bright, helpful, pleasant and a credit to your organisation. This is not the first time we have experienced Leyla’s customer service – she makes the shopping experience so much better.
I have been a customer at home sense on many occasions. I have recently bought a blue small cabinet at Gloucester store . How ever I needed another to match it and found i need to ring around other stores to see if one was instock in other areas . I rang the Swindon store this morning and spoke to a lady called Lesley , I wish to let you know that she was the most helpful lady . Extremely kind and went to a great deal of trouble for me . How nice in the world when we are way to quick to criticise staff who happen to work very hard against difficult odds . Thank you Lesley much appreciated. Every store I rang all the staff were so very helpful . A great pleasure to talk to them . Regards Ellie Blackah .
I have left two replies. What else are you looking for????
Anton was very helpful thank you.
@Chelmsford homesense I had a wonderful customer experience at your store, all the staff were very helpful specifically a young gentlelman named Connor who went out of his way to make sure I found what I was looking for.
My wife and I shop at Homesense Capital Centre Preston. We just want to say how very helpful the staff are particulaly Louise and Katrina. They were both so patient and considerate when we ( senior citizens ) needed help and advice as we shopped recently. We really felt their friendly manner made our shopping a pleasure.
Please pass on our grateful thanks and we look forward to future visits to your Homesense store.
i would have loved to enter the homesense survey but I have tried several times & have not been able to access the survey as I am a very frequent homesense & tk maxx shopper
