I was served today by Sylvie in the kids department of your Aberdeen Union Street branch, who helped me decide upon a snow suit for my grandaughter as I was unsure which would be warmest. She then took the time to look up a pair of leggings I was going to buy for her to see if there was a size available in a larger size for her 4 yr old sister. She looked online and said not available in that size. Very thankful for her help. All done with patience and a smile.
We where very well treated by Liz Wilson at M & S, Hedge End, Southampton store where she

a cold wet evening and the welcome and friendly faces in the Burghley centre store in bourne lincs pe10 9eg. was great a greeting a laugh and and a smile from the team of jess king, georgina,rory,sabrine denise, and finally will your welcome is wonderful and not false and is a pleasure to visit every evening.

Shopped in the food hall and was given help as my husband and I are both disabled, and he uses a wheelchair also visited the cafe, we go there a few times a week, easy access with the wheelchair and the staff in the cafe are amazing again helping me by carrying the tray to our table, always time to have a quick chat with my husband, makes him so happy, these people go out of their way to help. I was throughly looked after by a young girl called Jessica – she went out of her way to be helpful, she was polite and she represented the store extremely well. We were at the metro centre doing our shopping in M&S we went into the food department the after we had finished went to cash out and was surprised not to see Gary he was a lovely fellow ,the older generation really miss him because he cheered them up.We found out he was in the cafeteria but he has lost his sparkle. We would like to see him back and so would a good many more people.
I was at kingslyn store today… A very helpful lady by the name of shuna was at the braFit department.. She was so helpful to me. I will always go back to this store. Its nice when customers are given time and not rushed.
