I needed to exchange an item for a different size. Being that the store was a good distance away I called in advance to make sure they had the item and size I needed. The store manager, Cindy was very cordial and understanding on the phone. She assured me that if I came in with the item and saw Sydney I would be taken care of. When I arrived, Sydney assigned a young man to assist me locate the correct item. I’m sorry I don’t recall his name but he was extremely helpful and cordial as well.
When I was satisfied he walked me back to the front and Sydney did the transaction and I was out of the store after checking a couple of items I did not need right away. I’ll be back during the day sometime so I can pick up the items I need. I must say this was an over the top experience and not something that happens normally. I hope the company will recognize the professional acumen accorded me on this occasion so these employees are rewarded appropriately within the norms you follow.
The industry standard being 5 Stars does fall a bit short in this case, believe it or not. I feel these three people effortlessly exceeded that standard. So, I’ll go ahead and tell you I’m going to unhesitatingly give them the Sun & the Moon in addition to the 5 Stars. I hope I made my point in no uncertain terms.
