Mcdonalds on hanover st. Manchester NH .. managers an employees park closest to the front entrance,and smoke at the front entrance all day long.Handicap parking is in the rear of the building.Now the handicap parks furthest away from building to walk by managers and employees cars parked next to front door entrance, and also has to inhale managers an employees cigarretts second hand smoke.please do something to help us senior citizens. I was at the Bellevue Ne store on Cornhusker Rd.The abandoned were inedible,hard as a rock.My coffee was warm.The restroom is filthy and literally stinks.This location although farther from my house used to be my favorite but I’m the last six months or so has really gone downhill.I will go back to the Galvin Rd. location.This store is in desperate need of good responsible employees.Thank you.

I really like the girl that works in store number 1690 her name is April. She really takes care of kids in the play area or the restaurant hall she’s really awesome and amazing I really like her service and seeing her makes everything happy.
The drive thru service was very quick and the food was fresh.

I love going to the McDonald’s in Temecula inside the Wal-Mart the crew and manager there are so friendly. I enjoy seeing the smile on there faces

My husband was @ the McDonalds loc.101 alamo plaza. Friday the 7th between 12:30-1:00 a.m. He made an order payed at the firstwindow once he got to the second window he wanted to purchase just a small fry. The manger there told him if your trying to purchase anything don’t even try it you should did that in the first window!! and walked away from us!! what kind of customer service is that to give anyone?? I read online that Mcdonalds possess an infectious attitude, provide world-class customer service, are not afraid of being challenged, and most importantly, like to have fun while they’re working!
Really,we didn’t get that at all, Just treated with horrible customer service from the manager. we will never go back to that location.

Never has any parfait’ available when I visit this store, which is close to my work location. I usually visit around 7am to try to get a senior coffee and parfait. Never available
Also when going thru the drive thru today 04/30/18 @ 7:05am, attendant at pick up window, a girl, her butt crack, was in full view! I ask another attendant to please ask her to pull up her pants. Butt Crack girl was not nice when handing me the order.

On this day, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, I stopped in at McDonald’s Restaurant #30572, located at 1635 Market Place Blvd in Irving, Texas 75063. I was first in line, a group of two or three ladies came up behind me, the cashier came up ( I am told her name is Rosie) behind me and began taking the young ladies order completely overlooking me. I placed my order with another cashier, I ordered a Southwestern Salad with crispy chicken, I received SW salad with grilled chicken. My ticket number 265; take out total $5.62
5330 campbellton rd Fairburn rd. Store is closed after 6:00 because all worker’s didn’t report in. Need to fix that because we all can’t go under the drive through. And I need to go back to work with food.

I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience at my regular visited MacDonald yesterday. I was the fifth person in line. As the only one cashier was serving the fourth customer. The manager (I supposed he was because of the shirt he wore) came out and asked “next customer in line.” I approached the counter. He asked “what is your order?” I said “let me get…….” He said “you have to speak louder, I can not hear you”. I looked at him and said “I am not ready yet, I need to….” He said “If you are not ready, I need you to step aside and serve the next customer” I looked back, the next customer already walked to the only one cashier that was there since I entered the restaurant. I finally was allowed to finish my sentence and placed the order. His name tag was Marek or Marsk. I have cataract, I was not able to see that clear.
He is such an impolite and impatient staff. He even made mistake on the order. I said the order was for to take out. He did not specify that on the order.
The store number I visited was #10430, 8140 2 Road Richmond, B.C.

Philadelphia PA 19131..this is the 2nd time that we visited this restaurant and the service was worse than the 1st time. The people didn’t have their heads covered and they were throwing food into a kids meal.
Old fries dumped into hot fries..manager said Burger King stay open 24 hours

I asked her not to sweep while I was eating. she speak no English. she got mad.i am restaurant owner.she wanted to sweep under my table so bad ,I stood up she was grabing my tray iwas not leaving at that moment. the remodeling of this store is awful. restauteur frank bye.

I was in and purchased a hot fudge sundae this afternoon 4/5/18 and Gregory waited on me ,he was pleasant did great job with sundae and I paid with my visa and I went off and left it. Luckily Gregory came to my rescue and searched restaurant till he found me near the bathrooms. His dedication and honesty means so much as it saved t me anxiety because I live out of state and it would horrendous if I lost it.

The service at McDonald’s on Ellis Avenue in Jackson Mississippi is so so so horrible. We waited 45 minutes after they Took our money at the drive-through to get an order is pure ridiculous. I will never ever come to McDonald’s again. I will never ever come to this McDonald’s again.

Don’t go to the Abbott McDonalds. Not only are they rude, but they now do not upgrade drinks to shakes or allow kids to NOT get fries with their meals. This is the first time that we could not ‘customize’ our choices. We will not be going back to the arches.
Maybe they should treat customers like they care and not an inconvenience. Never have I not been thanked when making a purchase and treated so disrespected from the time we ordered to the time we picked up.
