Chick-fil-a is a favorite of our family; we love the service of friendly and courteious employes. The chicken and waffle fries have been enjoyed by our family numerous times; we had a party featuring
Chick-fil-a during the holidays. We devoured a 120-piece order from Chick-fil-a. We haved dined in and have used the carry-out numerous times. We were so excited when Chick-fil-a came back to Wichita; we drive a long distance to this restaurant, but it is so worth the effort. GO Chick-fil-a!!

I visited Chick fil a I was pleased with the service but I usually go to the one on Lavists in Tucker, Ga and they always bring my food to my table iit is a lovely service as so many times you have you hands full of packages or children with you and it is a lovely service and I would recomend that all Chickfillet stores do this it is out standing when you consider the others as McDonalds and Wendy’s! My server was nice and prompt so it was good but the service is better if brought to the table I think.

I’ve been trying to complete a customer satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) survey and can never get to one that I can just make a comment without special codes. We went to the West Jordan store #02245, July 21, 2016. The person that was smearing around the leftovers on each table in a miserable attempt to ‘clean’ them was disgusting. No real attempt to do a decent job of cleaning the floors, table, benches and windows was made. Won’t be going back there.

Will you guys ever bring back your regular yogurt???? I loved this yogurt way more than the new Greek yogurt. Is there a way we can at least have an option for either or?
Terrible experience at the store # 01256 located at Osceola wet hwy 192, Kissimmee, Florida. My order number was 3254731. I ordered one salad and small fries. After 13 minutes they brought it to my table missing the salad dressing and the fries were cold and in very bad shape. The manager had a bad aptitude and didn’t care about my complaint. I use to eat at different Chick fill a but never had a bad experience like this.
