About Gastronomy Restaurants

Gastronomy, Inc. is the owner and operator of several restaurants in Salt Lake City, Utah. They each have their own specialties. They include the New Yorker, the Market Grill Street, and Market Street Oyster Bar.


They are all located in what was the former New York Hotel, one of the city’s finest luxury accommodations. Built in 1906, it eventually deteriorated and condemned. The 70s gave it new life thanks to restoration efforts and the restaurants became some of its most notable tenants.

You Will Need:
