The validation code from my visit has expired, but I want to report a very satisfactory experience on September 13 in the Framing Department. Robert was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I’m sorry he wasn’t there when I picked up my project. Because of him I would return.?
I no longer will be shopping at my michaels, the staff is repeatedly rude, negative, snotty. My store seems to be more concerned about scrap booking, the majority of the store is made up of these types of crafts. The yarn section is shrinking every 6months or so. I live close to hobby lobby, Walmart, jo Anne frabrics and meijer. The prices and the selection is better . Every time I visit michaels there is some kind of issue, refusal of my coupon, wrong prices(sale signs left up past the expiration date), no help at the register, cashiers who cannot figure out how to ring up items in a timely matter. I once ordered yarn to finish a baby blanket. It took 3months to arrive and I ended up buying it at Michaels off the shelf after calling several times to check on the status and being told they only got orders once a month and it wasn’t there yet. Poorly run store!

I was greatly disappointed when I purchased the American Doll Hair Salon only to find out that the “40% off any regular price item” could not be used on this particular purchase. It was considered a book. Since I couldn’t read the stipulations on the coupon without a magnifying glass when I got home, I considered this false advertising,

I love to shop at Michaels, the people are great. I had Tonya as my cashier. Very friendly and helpful. I shop at Michaels because of the people who work there. I have never had a bad experience at the stone on Pine Lake Road.

Dawn at Stoughton Michaels Store (#5099) was an excellent cashier for the evening I went there. She was very helpful and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I had purchased over $60 worth of items and I was worried about the coupons and sales that were taking place, she carefully and quickly rang up my purchase and made sure all the discounts worked for me. What a great experience I had with a cashier that genuinely cared about my concerns at the register all the while remaining friendly and attentive through out the entire transaction. Thank you for making my experience great! I will definitely go back there in the future.

I visit the south Arlington Michaels store regularly and I just love it. I love the people who work there, they are always helpful. I do always try to find one person, if they are working that day. Her name is Nicole. She is sooooo helpful and so knowledgeable on so many crafting subjects. She has helped me put invitations together, school and home projects. She has some awesome ideas! I would recommend going to this store and to Nicole if you are stumped and thinking of creative ways to figure something out!
