PizzaExpress is a private company owning more than four hundred restaurants in the United Kingdom with an additional forty restaurants spanning the Middle East, India, Hong Kong and Europe. It was founded in 1965 by Peter Boizot. Unhappy with London’s current pizza, he was inspired to create a delicious tasting pizza after a trip he had taken to Italy. How to Enter PizzaExpress Customer Satisfaction Survey

You will need:

  • Access to the Internet through a computer or mobile device.
  • Your most recent receipt from PizzaExpress.
  • Read and understand English or Spanish.

Instructions:

  1. Visit www.mypizzaexpress.com or www.howdidwedough.com.
  2. Locate the few needed details from your receipt such as survey invite code, date of visit, time of visit and the amount spent during that visit.
  3. Read all survey questions carefully.
  4. With your most recent visit in mind, answer all survey questions honestly to ensure accuracy.
  5. At the completion of the survey, you will be asked if you would like to receive a free gift as a reward. You will then choose if you would like the free gift printed or e-mailed to you.
  6. Once you have your free gift, you can redeem it at participating PizzaExpress restaurants. Additionally, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a £500 gift card.
