Amazing food
I visiter the Panda Express, in Panama City Beach, Pier Park area, first time in any Panda , couple people ahead in line so little wait, food was confusing to order, entrees and sides were causing slow checkout at cash, why not have combination , like # 1, # 2, speed things up, my food sat for 10 minutes uncovered next to 5-6 people , got colder by the minute, and Chow Mein is not cabbage and noodles, last time going in this place, with Corna Virus needs to cover the food on trays, yes take out boxes was available but I wasn’t going to take out.
Today I bought the Shanghai Angus steak with fried rice at unit 2775 in Dawsonville, GA. I was TERRIBLY disappointed. I made the purchase at 11:59 AM Sunday, Feb 9, 2020. The steak was very dry and so was the rice. The mushrooms and other ingredients were fine. Based on the condition of the rice and steak I’m pretty sure it was warmed over from last night. This was my first and last visit. I wasted eight dollars. ☹️

I used to go here at least once or Twice a week, The portions of food has gotten smaller and the prices have gotten higher. I made a comment to the employee last night about the portions , and she told me that panda has even made their take-out trays smaller so that you won’t get as much food as you used to in the past. Very disappointing . All of my friends have said the same, not the panda it used to be. Now they just cheat you out of portions.
The food was good but my order was wrong. Since I went through the drive up I didn’t realize it until I got home. Not worth the hassle going back
This is the second time I’ve tried Panda Express #3080 Noland Road Independence MO and the last time. I waited for 20 minutes for fried rice never got it. Requested my money returned, that was a inconvenience to the max!
What a disaster. Pulled up to the drive thru at 6:00 pm. From what I could tell 4 cars ahead of me but got to the order menu at about 6:12. Female voice came on and asked if I wanted to try something not sure what, I replied no thanks as we already knew what we wanted to order. But after I said no thanks the voice on the other end disappeared. So I waited and waited until there was only one car at the pick up window and me at the order deal. Then a different female voice came on a started to ask me the same question that I was asked 10 minutes earlier. Before she could finish I rudely started telling her my order. After complete I drove up to the open pick up window and proceeded to pay. After I paid $33.00 (three plates) I was told to pull around to the front. I said ok but I have already been waiting for a while. So now it is about 6:17 per the receipt. After a little bit my wife gets down and goes in to check on the status of the 3 plates. They play dumb so she comes back out to get the receipt as they are clueless. Finally they prepare the order not sure how long they would have left us out there. From now on I am going to give the order the second I hear a voice at the window and when I get to the pickup window I will not leave without the order. I have to go back because my wife and son like the place. So better “luck” next time for me…

Wow..Panda Express #1528 Indio is extremely lucky to have such a wonderful manager..Mariano Garcia. We hosted a golf tournament for 80 people and it was easy with such an amazing manager. Mariano and staff service was fast,friendly, accurately filled and on time. The food was delicious and the golfers are giving me raving reviews…..the whole experience was great and I appreciated the care and attention given to us…thankyou very much
Why is it that some of the restaurants count their shrimp per serving. The food is excellent and healthy, fresh and stores are very clean, but the cheap manager counting shrimp leaves the dish way overpriced at $1.00 per shrimp!

Really sick of every time we eat at the restaurant it is always cold. I believe they use the heat from the kitchen to heat their restaurant . It’s awful to have to eat with your coat on. It’s not just one restaurant it’s the same at everyone. Turn the heat on !!!!!
The Cottonwood, AZ location is extremely clean and it was impressive to see employees walking around the tables, offering sauce packets – or just asking if I needed anything. Also…my dinner was delicious!
BTW…the ‘square bowl’ is a nice improvement, too?.
