Very disappointed in the sunrise location in citrus heights. I usually only come in for small things like crickets and everytime I come in I’m waiting for 5-15 minutes before anyone is even called over to assist me. The people at the register watch me and still don’t try to assist me. Cynthia (woman at the register every time I come in) even watched me wait and just fiddled with her hands instead of getting someone to assist me.
Yes the PetSmart in Wesley Chapel is really not a good place to take your dog I took my dog there if someone taking my dog there I have been act treated as though you know I’m not respected there when I was down in Fort Lauderdale at the PetSmart I was treated with the utmost of respect I was constantly befriended I mean the people in Fort Lauderdale made me feel at Banfield like I was their friend but when I went to the Banfield at the Wesley Chapel store they make you feel as though they’re Superior to everyone and everyone needs to bow down to them and that the money that you spend there no matter how much it is and I’ve spent quite a bit it doesn’t matter because they don’t need to respect you they don’t need to take care of you you need to bow down to them I had tests done 10 days ago and on my dog and was told that I would have results within 4 days it’s now 10 days later I have no results and if I had not called them I would not have heard anything and when I did call them the only thing I heard was that there was some kind of mix-up and they didn’t get the results yet it’s 10 days later and they still don’t have the results Don’t Take Your Pet to Banfield Clinic at least not at the one in Wesley Chapel they don’t know how to treat people and I’m afraid they may not be treating your animal right either
