I want to relate an excellent customer experience I had at the Post Office on 1st Ave.
in Ocala, FL. I had a package that I needed to insure and Curtis Franklin went above and beyond to help me with my need and made it the most cost effective way to send my package. He took extra steps and effort to double box my package as I had chosen to send it registered. He was kind, courteous and most knowledgeable about the best way to meet my needs on the budget I was on. It was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time.

Was taken care of by a wonderful employee named Lara at the MaldenMo post office. She is professional, friendly and very informative. Outstanding job.

Just want to let you know that the postal office in Eads, TN is my preferred one to go to for my postal needs even though the one in Arlington, TN is much closer to my home. I like the small Eads office because the people are always so courteous, helpful, friendly, professional, speedy and very efficient. What more can you ask for? Always a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Post Office (really!), so I was looking forward to filling out the survey. The first question directed me to type in the zip code of the office, and showed me where to find it on my receipt. Unfortunately whoever set up the equipment mis-typed the zip code.

Mario was friendly, courteous, and efficient completing my transactions yesterday in the Brandon Post Office, FL 33511 Professional service is appreciated.
I always have a great service at Arcadia post office at 1893Hayne St, SC 29320. Marie serves me with a great smile. She has positive attitude towards her job. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service by Danny Kennedy at the SW Parkway location, Clerk #20.
He is always friendly and answers all of my questions! Kudos to Mr. Kennedy. A customer waiting in line was very impatient stating she did not have to wait this long during Christmas… and Mr. Kennedy addressed her in a kindly way. (So strange, the lady in question was wearing a tee shirt with the word Happy scrolled across it….hmmm)?

We live in a small town and use a P.O.Box because it is convenient for us. We see the Post Office
employees daily. They are always friendly, polite and helpful. Thank goodness for their presence.

For the Englewood Ohio post office:
This post office is close by to all my shopping needs, so this is ALWAYS my go to post office. Easy in and out parking, handicap assess if needed. Weigh in, postal stamp machine in lobby. Mailing supplies available in service area. PLUS staff members are always polite and helpful. Will take time to explain any questions. Thank you for being my favorite place to go.

On July 5, 2019 I was in the Wilmington Delaware post office on Quigley Boulevard. The clerk stamped a letter for me and I left it at the counter with the clerk. The estimated delivery date was July 8, 2019. As of July 11, 2019 the letter has not been received by the addressee, and has not been returned to the sender. I do not have a tracking number because this was a simple letter weighing 1.10 ounces with no insurance, no return receipt. How can this letter be retrieved? Thank you. This is not a good experience for me with the USPS.
Alan Sorin says
I brought a small box with a return label to the Post Office today (840-5110-0065-004-00036-08059-02. I said that I needed a box to put my box in. The woman said that she didn’t have boxes, she could put it in an envelope. I said OK. I was asked if I had tape to put on the return label and the envelope. I said no. I was asked if I wanted to buy tape.
I said that I returned another box about a month ago and I did not have to buy tape from the Post office. I put 3 strips of tape on the return label and had to pay $3.49.
The person that I dealt with today is a poor customer service representative.

I finished the survey and gave high marks to the clerk who served me, my dissatisfaction is with the PostOffice it’s self. I mailed a certified letter to a town 15 miles away on the am of 2/26 from 06340 to 06370 .Return receipt was paid for. As I am still waiting 3/8 I tracked letter from Groton ,Ct to Uncasville,Ct to Hartford,Ct to Miami, Fl. As of now I am told it’s on it’s way to the next facility!!! Since it may involve a lawsuit, this is some lousy service! In addition I was notified in Jan that POHad maybe lost a pkg. By going thru receipts I believe it was a pkg I did receive on 12/29/18 from Express Scripts. I have tried every email I could find or think of to let the PO know. Everyone says not a valid address.

Never had a bad experience with the USPS in my whole life except for the one in Wildwood FL. 316 shopping center Dr. keep in mine we were the second person in line so its not like they had a stressful day even one of the other employees that worked there made a comment to that rude employee . The guest behind me said this is the worse post office in the area . Apparently this person does not appreciate there job they have .

I am surprised ,10 stars service done by angels. You have to be proud of such nice, smiling, professional ,helpful employee at college estates Frederick.
I am disappointed on how much I paid for my family of six for such a small amount of food on each plate. The service was really slow & bad.

I took my Christmas cards into the post office at 4225 W. 107th street Overland Park KS on Wednesday December 12th in the afternoon around 4:00pm. I walked them into the post office and placed them in the letter mail drop box. I used the drop box with the handle, for letters not the one for packages since I had about 60+ cards to send. I am concerned because no one is receiving my cards, even local family and friends. I spent a lot of money on the cards and postages and I am concerned no one is going to get my cards. Where could my cards be??
Postal service has been in decline through the years. It’s time to privatize USPS!
Amparo Perez says
I paid for priority mail and it should take 2 days and after I was at the counter I was told it would take three days I think you should have a sign posted about that
Bob Klingforth says

I shipped my package on November 30th to my brother in San Jose CA. It was Italian bread and I paid for 2 day service so it would be fresh today is December 5th at 6:00 pm and my brother still doesn’t have the bread. By now it’s probably stale I am very upset
I dropped of a package to be sent, I was taken care of in good time. I then wished the clerk Happy Thanksgiving and he just looked at me! He never responded back to me! VERY RUDE!!!!

I arrived at the Yuba City P.O. 20 minutes before closing; still, clerk 14 took on the project of stamping each individual extra sized envelope, 2 different sizes, and worked overtime to finish over 80 pieces of mail. I offered a box of cookies my next time in but she smiled and said no thanks. I was anxious to get them in the mail ASAP and she outdid herself for me. Much appreciated.

Your building at 130 S Center St, Collierville, Tn is really shabby looking! The doors do not close all the way. The bars that you use to push open the doors are missing. The outside is dirty!!! The shrubs at the right side of the bldg are grown up
It looks really old and tired.

I’ve always had a good experience a the Palm Harbo Post Office branch on US 19. The clerks have been courteous and willing to help beyond what I would consider standard assistance. However, I wasn’t thrilled about my one encounter with a manager/branch postmaster.
