I am writing to your office because the email address doesn’t work and the evening staff on Saksoff5th are not interested (spoke with 2 of them).
I am new to your website but I made a purchase yesterday (Monday) and I paid extra for a 2 to 3 day arrival and I received a shipping notice a while ago that claims I will not receive my dress until next Monday, the 21st. That is a week!! I needed this dress for this weekend. Your first email said it would arrive this Thursday, January 16th and now this email states Monday, January 21st. Not acceptable. Order #9493103
Additionally, On Sunday, January 12, I ordered a pair of red boots and was notified that they would be delivered on Friday, January 17th. I received a new email today that they will not arrive now until Monday, January 21st. Again, not acceptable. Does Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th only deliver on Mondays. Order # 480588
I also ordered a top # 9492958 which is also arriving Monday.
New to your site, I ordered three items and paid separate shipping and none of them arriving as promised. Is this normal for your shipping department?
I need the dress # 9493103 by Thursday, the 16th or the latest, Friday, the 17th and the boots, as promised by Friday the 17th. It would be good if the top arrived that day as well.
