It is common to find the phrase, “we love our customers”, in the About US pages of many business websites. However, few businesses actually demonstrate this to their customers. Table Table, a popular restaurant chain, wants to demonstrate their true, honest, and abiding love for their customers by collecting, analyzing, and using the feedback they receive from the Table Table Customer Feedback Survey. They will delve deep into the customer experience to understand what their customers encounter when they visit one of their restaurants. They will use the customer feedback to make the customer experience even better. This survey will take the pulse of customers at important touch points. They will then analyze the results across their customers’ journey to get a holistic view of the customer experience they offer.
Any customer experience strategy should begin with customer feedback. In some cases, it can take numerous interactions to push through a sale. A consumer may call customer service, visit a company’s website, visit a store, and talk to a sales rep before making a purchase. Each of these interactions offers an opportunity to shine or sink. In a typical sales funnel, there are several departments at work, and each likely has its own definition of success. Therefore, business owners/managers should make decisions based on data, not theory. They should let customers tell them what they like, feel, dislike, and want. They should then develop their customer experience strategies around those comments.
About Table Table
Table Table is a restaurant brand set up in 2008 by Whitebread; however, the company actually started operating in 2006 but was unnamed. Following a rethink of Out & Out, a former Whitebread brand, Table Table was created. The majority of the company’s locations are converted Brewers Fayres.

went to ladygrove didcot pub had a snack lovely waiter sophie always smiling atteetive made very welcome lovely girl a credit
On visiting the Paul Pry today (24/09/2017)at 12:00 noon we were seated at our table and as it wasn’t overly busy at the time I decided to get my own drinks from the bar, I must have waited 10 minutes for the barman to sort out the pumps finally getting back to my table I ordered mine and my wife’s meal. We sat and waited for 40 minutes before we enquired about our order,we were then told by the waitress that they had forgotten our order. The waitress informed us that if we would like to re-order they would rush it through. This I felt was totally unacceptable and left. I’m quite prepared to wait a reasonable time, but this I felt was poor service. I have used the Paul Pry on many occasions before and have never encountered this problem before, i will not let this put me off visiting again and I hope it was an isolated incident. I’m not given to complaining but felt on this occasion it was warranted.
Very cheerful and polite service was very good
Eight of us had dinner at Brickfields,Folkestone,on Sunday 26 March. We were all disappointed The service was slow, the cutlery was handed-out by the prongs(and we had to wipe them clean with tissues!),and the meals were extremley disappointing,e.g.chips cold, risotto cold, the rump steak very tough.
We obviously drew attention to these factors and were offered replacement meals(declined) or a reduction in the bill(accepted).Needless to say, none of us will be returning to this restaurant in future which is a gtreat pity as it used to be of a very good standard.
Three of the party had Tasty Reward cards but wont be using them at Brickfields again.
