Enter By Online:

  1. Go to the survey site at www.tacomaclistens.com.
  2. The splash page will encourage you to share your feedback so that Taco Mac can improve further. At the end of the form, you will be given a validation code that you can use to redeem an offer. You can also check the privacy policy by clicking on the link at the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. Enter the 15-digit survey code printed on your receipt. It can be found around the middle portion. Note that this is limited to one completion per month per household.
  4. Assess the likelihood that you will recommend the restaurant to your loved ones using a sliding scale.
  5. Indicate the date and time printed on your receipt.
  6. Describe the nature of your order and mark the items that you bought from the list.
  7. Rate your general impression of the place given all of the things that happened. Drill down into the specifics by rating individual elements of the restaurant like the d├ęcor, the price, the food, and the staff.
  8. Assess the likelihood that you will return in the near future.
  9. Provide suggestions on how the business could improve after what you have experienced. Be as detailed as possible in your writing.

  12. Get your validation code and present it to the cashier upon your return.
