Today 20 December was my first visit to the Aylesbury morrisons store as I moved to the area last week. I had completed my shopping and was about to pay when I dropped my credit card behind the till. Some how it had slipped out of my hand and through a sliver of a gap and the till was not giving it up. The lady assistant suggested that I go to my bank and cancel my card but with 5 days left till Christmas my world was about to fall apart as the assistant said she could not see it. Tears that were being held back came through and my husband said speak to the manager. And this is where the Aylesbury store manager PHIL came to my rescue, he listened to my plight and then sent off for a screw driver and took 4 screws out of the till and I was reunited with my card – how relieved was I, Christmas can still be a wonderful time. Thank you Phil you really made my day Wondeful customer service – Wonderful!!!?
