recently visited your store, middle January with my daughter and a elderly lady from my church, this lady is experiencing some unfortunate issues in her life. when we finished we left and the lady accidently left her bag, witch contained her cell phone, drivers license, some money and other important papers. nevertheless had these items fallen into the wrong hands, it could have created multi-problems for her. When she realized her mistake there was panic. I call your store and spoke to : Alberto S., who assured me the bag was safe in the store. Alberto was very nice. we returned to retrieve the bag, and every thing was there. Thank God ! we were overjoyed. Great food! Terrible iced tea. You stores could make brewed ice tea on location way better than those mixing machine. The ice tea you currently serve is so watered down it’s like colored water.
I really enjoyed my meal at the Boston Market restaurant in Langhorne. The Manager Mr. Roland Reeves is very kind and very professional the way he manages this store. The next time I am in the area I plan to come again.

i was on your fullerton store, on yorba linda blvd. I was shocked and terribly disappointed in the very ugly, distracting barrier the was up, blocking the food that iI was supposed to be deciding on. First of all, in a business that should not hide anything, since iI am planning on eating, it sure looks like you are trying hard to hide something. what makes your restaurant special, is to be able to see what I am ordering and maybe deciding on something different each visit because of how it looks. What a horrible mistake you are making. actually, it is laughable that someone could be that stupid to actually put that “under construction” looking display in your stores. what are you hiding?????
Tonight we visited your store #2454. We both ordered the chicken noodle soup. After waiting approx 10 min, I went to the counter to ask where our order was & was then informed it was being made. We could have been told that when we ordered. When it finally arrived, it came with a plastic spoon, broth spilled on the plate, no napkin or crackers. We were told to get our own napkins over on the counter & she acted like asking for crackers was putting her out. Her attitude was very apathetic right from when we ordered.

The gravy if you want to call it gravy way watery with no flavor at all mash potatoes tastless. What has happened your food use to be great maybe that is why that restaurant was empty. You need to do better if you have food testers with no taste buds in their mouths get rid of them!

I have been a regular customer for years. I used the retail me knot coupons on occasion. Upon my visit today, the cashier and manager told me that you no longer take those coupons from online. I am very disappointed and a lot of customers are really mad. I will miss Boston Market. Can you change this. I loved it when I could use my coupons.
I rarely send a comment to a business but in this case I felt like it needed to be done. I and my family have been eating at Boston Market for several years and have always enjoyed the quality of the food and nice atmosphere your stores provide. But the last few times we have eaten at Boston Market, recently at Store # 0267 in Weston Florida the food was the worst quality I have ever received. The sweet potato casserole was thick like eating orange paste and tasted completed over done. I think perhaps it had been in the steamer to long, the mixed veggie were cold, and the chicken was over done. The store itself just looked run down. The door on the side of the store stuck when you went to open it and is in disrepair. The ice tea machine was empty and when I told the manager he very nicely changed it, but only one since it was lunch and he didn’t have time to change out the entire machine. I asked for unsweetened and when he changed out the machine, he mixed up the sweet with the unsweetened ice tea. I asked my husband was it me or does it seem like the quality of everything in Boston Market is going down. He said he noticed it as well and it has gone down. Now let me say, the employees working in this store were very friendly, polite, and worked very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Perhaps there is a new owner in this location, if so, someone from the Corporate office needs to pay a visit there. The store in Pembroke Pines at the intersection of Pines Blvd and Flamingo Blvd is not much better although the quality of the food isn’t as bad as the store in Weston. I realize there is quite a bit of competition in this market, but if you are planning on staying in the market, you might want to spruce up your stores and have a quality control individual pay a visit to the stores that represent your brand. Went to Boston market tonight for diner @ 6:30 we needed two dinners. I get the meatloaf and double mashed because that’s all I eat . Well they had no mashed potatoes when I asked why I wS told it was the end of the week and they ran out. Truck would come tomorrow. . How can that be on a Friday. I am very upset and will find some where else to go.
