Businesses should have a continuous finger on their customers’ satisfaction levels. Asking them directly through surveys is a great way to identify where they are going wrong and what they are doing right. Such an informal feedback channel is extremely valuable to a business. The Capriotti’s Guest Satisfaction Survey is useful in measuring and tracking customer satisfaction. It will provide the readings that show where attention is required. Often, major improvements require a fundamental change in an organization, possibly involving business processes or training of the employees. The purpose of this survey is to raise satisfaction levels among customers, create a stronger brand reputation, and result in less customer churn and happier staff.
The implications of a guest satisfaction survey go far beyond the process itself, and will only be successful if fully supported by the organization, its management and employees. Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will use your feedback to improve its customer service and/or support, products, and outlets. The purpose of the survey is to improve customer satisfaction to account for the generous time and feedback given by customers.

About Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop
Growing up in a neighborhood called Little Italy in Wilmington, Delaware; Lois Margolet had a dream of opening her own sandwich shop. However, she understood that she had to offer something special because of the intense competition in the area. The area had at least 7 sandwich shops within a 3 block radius. Lois quit her job in 1976 and borrowed money to purchase a boarded-up building in Wilmington where the original Capriotti’s still stands. Together with her brother Alan, Lois decided to locate her shop in the first floor while she took the second floor as her home. They named the sandwich shop after Philip Capriotti, their grandfather, who enjoyed cooking for them.
Today, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a fast-casual restaurant chain with more than 100 company–owned and franchise stores in 16 states. All Capriotti’s Sandwich Shops are carrying on the tradition begun by the founders nearly 40 years ago.

I visited the Capriotti’s Deli in Davenport, IA for the first time just over a week ago and have returned twice more, each time, introducing friends to hour delicious products. Needless to say, the food served is outstanding.
I was a Deli Manager at one of the first Delis in the Quad Cities area, so, I believe I have a pretty good drasp on what is good and what is not.
This Capriotti’s has shown me that which is good. I am glad I have finally become a regular customer.
The staff I have encountered, have been friendly and efficient.
