Maintaining high guest satisfaction levels takes continuous effort. As markets shrink and competition intensifies, businesses are rushing to increase guest satisfaction to keep their existing customers and attract new ones. The new global economy has transformed the way companies do their business. Measuring guest satisfaction has become a key strategy for growth and profitability. Culver’s Guest Satisfaction Survey is designed to provide the company with the necessary tools and knowledge to implement effective and appropriate changes.
Guest satisfaction surveys can have a hugely positive effect on any business. The most helpful guest satisfaction surveys make up-front, important considerations about questionnaire design, incentives, methodology, reporting methods, analysis, and timescales. Although the process of conducting such surveys can be beneficial in itself, it is the post survey response, analysis, and action that ultimately determine how effective and useful the process was. In addition, such surveys can be a great public relations exercise.

About Culver’s
Culver’s is a privately owned and operated chain of fast casual restaurants operating mainly in the Midwest US. The first restaurant opened in Sauk City, Wisconsin, in 1984. Today, the chain has more than 500 restaurants across the country. Craig and Lea Culver, together with Craig’s parents, opened the first Culver’s restaurant in 1984 in the family’s hometown. The grandson of a farmer and son of a cheesemaker, George Culver, Craig’s father, spent the early part of his career grading and inspecting dairy farms in Wisconsin.
While he was out working, his wife, Ruth, was home raising their three beloved kids, installing in them the values she had grown up with. In 1961, the two seized the opportunity to purchase their first restaurant. With their kids growing up learning firsthand about delicious food, hospitality and serving guests, the family team approach became the foundation of many successful restaurants.

Went to culverts for dinner was delish was great service manager was wonderful cayman ver friendly and had great service
I am trying to do your survey and it is not working, but I was so distressed at my Cave Creek Az Culvers yesterday -code 39000-00434-1803-2483, that I have to write. Every year I get Walleye. before Easter. This time, when I got home with my 3 piece meal, it was super swimming in grease, as was the entire meal. I could only taste the oiliness. I was so very disappointed because this had not happened before. Something is off in quality control or the fish had been sitting in a vat of grease. Very sad for such a great fish nd a throw away $15 dollar meal that went into the garbage.t!!!!!!
i visited your watford store today with a broken mirror and in need of some help locating the correct mirror , i was helped by a member of staff (Hayley) who went above and beyond to help me as i have difficulty getting around on crutches , she wnet and made sure she had my correct reg and then looked everything up for me and ordered the item i also needed some other items and she also got these as i was in alot of pain with my knee injury
i think Hayley is a credit to your stoer at watford but also a credit to retail in general

I AM TRYING TO GET THE 18 CODE # TO GET A FREE ICE CREAM FROM YOU, BUT YOU SURVEY DOES NOT TAKE ALL 18 # HERE ARE MY 18# 68780 00596 1201 2189 I EAT AT THE CULVERS ONCE A WEEK AND I WAS TOLD ABOUT THIS BY SOMEONE BUT IT DOES NOT WORK
I was at your Lakewood Ranch, Florida Culver’s yesterday. I went thru the drive through and purchased a cheese burger.
Driving home I started to eat it, the meat was absolutely grisly. I wond up throwing it away. I also had a burger at your Sarasota location and again it was inedible. When I am in Oak Creek, Wisconsin I always eat at the Culver’s there and never have had a problem like this. I am thinking your meat supply in Wisconsin is very much different and better than the ones in Florida.
Thru away the receipt with the burger so could not take your customer survey. So very disappointed as we were all thrilled to hear you had opened locations near us. Thank you for the opportunity to vent. Sincerely K. Scott.
Hi thank you for the survey.
You have a server by the name of Erin Carlin who works at the Avondale Blvd in Phoenix Arizona who was so kind to our dad,
Norman Williams.
Norman has the onset of either dementia or Alzheimer which has gotten worse in the last few weeks. He went to his older brothers funeral in California and on his way back home to Prescott Az he got lost and ended up going the wrong way 3-4 times even tho he was given directions from other places. After 13 hours of trying to direct him I just told him to look for a resturant. He saw Culvers and I told him to pull in there, go inside and hand his cell phone to the lady or man behind the counter . Erin got on his phone and asked if she could be of help. I told her the situation and she said she would be happy to find him a place to sit and give him a soda or something to eat. She said they would watch him till we got there even tho they would be closing at 11pm.
We arrived at 11:10, she opened the door, gave us a hug, we cried, and showed us where he was seated, she offered us all a drink but we thanked her and said we needed to get him home. She told us that all the servers kept him company at different times to make sure he didn’t leave.
Erin was so sweet and so comforting to our dad and we just had to tell you about this great lady

Cod sandwich was excellent. Great service. Clean restaurant.
Love our Culver’s from Wisconsin to Chandler Arizona
For the first time I was extremely disappointed with the service at Culvers. We ordered our food and received it with no problems. Also, no issues with the food. Our problem was when we went to get my kids ice cream. We went to the register we always go to for ice cream. There was a gentleman on the register punching buttons on the screen. We waited patiently while he finished and he promptly walked away. This happened two more times with two different employees. No one asked us if we needed anything. I went to my wife and told her she better say something because I was pissed. I couldn’t believe so many employees came up to the register and didn’t ask if we needed anything.
Maybe I should have interrupted the employees or kind of talked loudly and asked if anyone was going to help us but I was too angry from being ignored. When we left I wouldn’t even let my daughter ring the bell. She was a little stunned and couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t let her ring it.
We attended Culvers on 96th street in Indianapolis.
thanks
dave
We go to the Culver’s in Taylor MI. I go with my wife, and we go 2 or 3 times a month. We have been going to this store since they build it. We are both seniors. According to your website we are suppose to get a 10% discount on our order. The most we have ever got was less then 5%, that’s when we get it. Also for some reason, they have started serving your Coleslaw by taking the top off of the prepackaged dish. WHY? This makes it look like someone has been into it. I don’t get the reason for this change. P.S. Why no calendar this year? We loved it.
Your fish sandwich. Best fish but awful total sandwich. Fish dripping with oil and everything else taking away from the tastiness of the fish. I removed and debreaded the fish to make it palatable.
The team at franklin park culvers 307 are great! They returned my sons wallet to him after missing for seversl weeks. Thank you
I went to culvers in cadillac mi to have there fried chicken and was told culvers discontinued serving it. This is a diappointmet to me. I loved your chicken. This will be the last time I eat here. What a shame.

Dear Culver Management-
While driving through Austin, TX. a friend of mine and I decided to try eating at one of your restaurants located at 2240 W. Braker Lane. Neither of us had ever eaten at a Culvers so we didn’t really know what to expect. Our overall experience was so positive that we thought you should be informed from two of your NEW customers. We were very impressed with the
service we received and with how clean the restaurant was and how polite the staff and workers were. We were especially impressed by the welcoming we received by the manager, known as Mr. T. Mr. T went out of his way to ensure that all of his customers were well served and we took note of his energy, enthusiasm and the politeness he showed to everyone which made the experience most rewarding and memorable.
Mr. T obviously takes great pride in his work and his dedication is a credit to your company. As a retired and former administrator myself, I know that we unfortunately all too often only hear the negative. As such, I feel it is equally important to speak out when our experiences are positive, especially when your employees are doing such an outstanding job and representing the restaurant so well. We don’t know if this is the case with all of your restaurants but as a result of this experience we will definitely eat and recommend the Culvers at 2240 Braker Lane managed by Mr. T to all of our Austin friends.
Just thought you should know.
On September 21, 2017, I purchased $23.39 food order. I did NOT receive one sour dough double burger, discovered this when I got home. I called the restaurant to report this, they took my name, address and phone number. It’s been a week and heard nothing! I understand Mike Jones is store manager who I feel is incompetent handling this situation. If this is your policy addressing these situations, I will NEVER visit a culvers restaurant again !! This was # Tsomething (can’t make out letters) 1147616 order. I will pass this experience on to my friends and relatives….and twitter !!! Hoping you haven’t screwed other patrons…..Ron
I was very disappointed with my visit last night at the Greenwood Indiana Culver’s on 135. We ordered what was advertised on the door and counter for a special $2 Sundae 2 Scoop. Only when my husband ordered they charged full price, and when he questioned it, the cashier said “let me see why that didn’t ring up right”, then the Manager came over and said, yes that’s the right price and walked away.
I visited various web pages but the audio feature for audio
songs present at this web site is really excellent.
I live in Rockford, IL and have gone to many of the area Culvers, but lately not so much. My husband and I have noticed the quality of the food, service, etc. have deteriorated since I think they changed ownership in the past few years. On more than one occasion, I have ordered a butter burger only to get a semi-warm soggy burger. I picked one up on the way home one day and the bun was actually hard. It had to have been one from the night before. Today six of us stopped at the Riverside location. There was only one person taking orders and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Then the food trickled in. One chili was cold, one roast beef dinner was cold my hamburger was luke warm (the cheese wasn’t even melted. Several things we requested were forgotten. We will not be frequenting this Culvers again. It’s sad to see a business go downhill.
ever since Culvers opened in olathe, kansas my wife or I have stopped there after work to order 2 chicken dinners to go , to take home for dinner. About 3 weeks ago my wife stopped and was told chicken was not on the menu any more , and today I finally called the resturant to confirm this, and yes no chicken, well I would like to say I am upset, now we have to find another place to eat chicken, we also love your burgers and fish, but this may stop us from going to culvers for those items also
I went to the West Valley, Utah Culvers on Saturday October 22, 2016 ti get a Smoothie with a $1 coupon. the Coupon expires on October 31, 2016. I wasd told that Culvers was no longer doing Smoothies but that I could have a shake or Concrete mixer instead. My wife has had the flu and wanted to try a smoothie to see if it would stay down. She was very disappointed but frozen yogurt deffinately wouldnt sit well. I am upset that you would print coupons and then quit making the item.
