Had a recent meal from Popeyes which I ordered through door dash . My children and I were eating when we noticed that the bones in the drum sticks,thighs,and the drumet of the chicken wing , were broken and had little slivers that could of been swallowed. When I addressed it with them they offered 2.99 off next order not good.
What do you not understand , when a costumer says a gallon of ice tea it should be cold i would hope. i feel i just got robed at Popeyes #12448 for $4.29 . when i asked them if they had any cold Ice Tea they said no and just looked at me like i was from another planet, and kept my money. I just walked away . I will never go back.
had a bad experience at your store #4022 today,took your survey other day for 2pc and biscuit went to store to reedem today and was told i need receipt along with validation code then was told i need receipt also did not have on me, so i was told they cannot honor without purchase receipt. i did notice after the fact that it does say so on survey slip so i was told by jen i need to go back home and get. so i left was going to go 5 miles home to get but decide to go back and buy 2-2ps chicken and biscuit instead of driving all the home for receipt. I purchase chicken there once a week and cant understand issue. then i asked for honey sauce and she gave me 3 packets i asked for a couple more and she told me she is only allowed to give only a couple .what is going on when you spend money and get poor attitudes?

The Miami Gardens store is the worst. The employees along with the manager has no manners at all. I ordered a 5 piece meal with two sides, and the chicken came out looking like they used old grease. They told me I could wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken, so I agreed. I sat for 20 minutes before approaching the window. When I did they told me it wasn’t ready. I asked for my money back and they ignored me. Keep in mind I couldn’t go in because they lock the doors when the nearby high school releases. They finally gave me my food and I just took it. It was hot my kid and I kid were hungry and he had to go to tutoring. Guess what after waiting 30 minutes instead of getting the five pieces of chicken I ordered and paid for they only have me four. I called and they asked me to come back. That would be fine if I didn’t have to drop my kid off and get back to work. I live near this location but would rather drive 20 miles to the next one just to avoid such poor and incompetent service. I will eventually go back after work but as for frequenting them in the future that will be a negative. I’ll just go to the nearby Books fish and chicken joint. It’s cheaper and you get more bang for your buck.
Trying to do the survey but would not open up. I just wanted to document how many times I’ve visited store 5545 and received an incorrect/incomplete order. I’ve returned as a customer even after being told that the oven/fryer was down. I understand problems. I don’t understand pulling over to wait for an order and that order not be correct. at store #10587, beaverton, oregon, the food and service were very good, but when looking for a place to sit, there wasn’t any clean tables and three of the four trash cans needed to be emptied. I did not notice alot of customers while dining there, so I couldn’t understand the mess that my wife and I saw.
Since the Popeyes store # 12883 in Morristown , Tenn. has open myself and several of my friends have visited this store . When you go into this store the dining area is uncomfortable . When you come out of the store you are sweating it is so hot , if you are sitting next to the Windows it is worse. I have this complaint from several people .Why are there no shades on the Windows and why is the temp not lowered . Is this store going to be like the previous one we had here or is it going to be a store you can only way at in the winter months. Thanks.

This survey process sucks! It is difficult to navigate the process. The receipt that I was given didn’t have the necessary info for me to complete the survey. No one answered the phone from the Popeyes that I went to so I don’t think I’ll be recommending anyone to patronize Popeyes Chicjen.

Store #2555 we have gone to the store, after church every Sunday morning for the past 10 years, but quality and service have gotten so bad that we will not go back. Today the chicken on the buffet had to be from yesterday, the salad bar was empty , and very little of anything else. Service and supervision was cool No one seems to care.. 90percent of your regular customer no longer go there.we are very sad. To see how bad yt? Has gotten.I can not understand how you can let a freshman like the go to help so fast.Thank God KFC is getting better. Nothing is going to change uncles you get different people and good supervision. Good luck

I ordered a fish and shrimp platter with fries and red beans and rice from store #178. I drove back to work , grabbed a few fries and they were cold. Then I opened the red beans and rice container to find out it was all beans and juice. No Rice. I am seriously thinking about not ever going back.

Stopped at the popeyes in Grenada ms..on 04/24/23 at 7pm. As I walked into the restaurant there was a broom laying on the floor as you walked up to the counter..no big deal..I ordered my meal..I’m the only customer in there at the time..they give me a cup for a drink..no ice..I asked did they have any in the back..nope they “ain’t” got none.Ice machine was broke… I wish she would of told me that before I ordered a combo meal..then as I was waiting for my order..they was out of spicey chicken ..it would take 15 minutes to make..so I got the regular chicken..this chicken was as rubbery as a rubber band.. I realy like your chickenbut the last 2 times I’ve ordered chicken at the store in Riverview, FL, on Big Bend Rd. they have messed up on the chicken. I ordered 12 pc family pack in the drive thru, when i got home there were 3 legs, 3 breast, 6 wings(no thighs). The other time I ordered 12 pc pack and I got 3 legs, 1 thigh, 2 breast, 6 wings(if I wanted wing I would have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings next door). every other chicken places give you 3 of each. I don’t know if this is standared for your francise, if it is I won’t be getting food from Popeyes again.

Poor service at the restaurant in Fishers, Indiana. The crew was not friendly, they were fighting among themselves, and offered up no apologies for a twenty plus minute wait for carry out. No thank you was given, and no eye contact made. The food was good, but all was tainted by the poor service experience.

After getting out of Christmas traffic to go into our local Popeyes, an item still being advertised on tv and in the restaurant, they are out of the boneless wings for the $5 box. When asked, there was no substantiation offered. Really disappointed. Save your ad money if it’s not available.

Ok I don’t really understand why this store Can’t get it together. #11520 is the store. First of all I blame the company (popeyes) a platter in any restaurant is bigger than the combo. But no the same amount of food and add on two tiny sides. The price is ridiculous, you add on two sides and your price goes up 3 to 4 dollars more smh. Now back to the store I just wish for once I go up there and they get my order right. They ask for your name and still get your order wrong! You have about 4 people at the window and they are just giving out the wrong orders. Meanwhile the manager is just standing back as if he is new.
