Which department manages customer experiences? Who owns them? The answer is everyone and no one. Essentially, what creates customer experiences is a series of moments and interactions with people, services, and products. The first step in empowering each employee in a business to own each of those moments is to determine what customers want to say and how they feel. That is why Reasor’s are conducting a customer survey. Rather than just creating another customer feedback tool, the company has built a vehicle for listening, analyzing and understanding the voice of the customer. If you believe the company needs to do more to meet your expectations, share your thoughts by taking the Reasor’s Customer Survey.
This survey will enable the grocery store chain to empower its management and employees to act wisely and quickly to improve customer experiences. Online surveys such as this one are a proven listening method that allows customers to share their perceptions and stories without interruption. This feedback, along with other types of data that adds dimension to the stories, will help the company understand its customers. When you take the survey and give your full story, the company will be able to act decisively and wisely to drive positive changes. Your future shopping experiences, therefore, will be more satisfying.

I was disappointed when I went into my store to order our Thanksgiving dinner, and found out you were out of smoked turkeys. Cole the young man at the deli counter called another store for me, and they were out too:(
Your Grandma Reasor’s white rolls are the BEST ever. I was sad to hear the Reasor’s at 101st and Elm would no longer carry them. Spoke with the bakery department and the lady said they were not selling well, but the other Reasor’s would have them. I bought the wheat rolls and they are definitely NOT as good.
I finally told enough people that I missed them and on Sunday, the bakery lady said they were not “punched” but they would have them Monday. Went back today and they were almost burnt. The bakery lady said they made 4 packs this morning and the baker was having a “bad” day and overcooked them. I bought them anyway. PLEASE carry them on a regular basis. Maybe they should be displayed better so more people could see them.
Thank you.
I was in the Subway Store #19895-0, three days ago. The clerk gave me my order and receipt and told me if I did the survey I could bring the receipt in & receive a free cookie. I have tried several times to do the survey and when I type in the store number, it says, store not found. What is the problem?
Thanks.
You make great pizza but your service stinks. I was on hold for 15 minutes, and no one answered. I went to the store location #316704 and walked through the door still on hold. After hanging up the phone kept ringing off the hook. There was only one person making pizza, checking out, and taking carry out orders. No wonder they couldn’t answer the phone. It’s sad to see a great business go down in flames.
