    I love shopping at Ross , they everything u want & need ….. I recommend everyone to shop at Ross …. it’s my favorite store anyways , I always shop at Rosa every two weeks or so ….

    Manager Rebecca Khole
    The store was filthy merchandise was everywhere
    Line was extremely long ,no one was giving explanations to why there was only two cashiers open
    When I ask to where do I call or email to complain about the bad customer service to the manager was extremely rude to me a paying customer ,when I asked for her last name she refuse to give it to me
    My cashier was extremely professional and courteous and apologies for her store delay and her manager rudeness
