Broadway, in the meat and seafood section that I’ve noticed, that’s always working hard when I walk by. Also, when I buy fish, or chicken, he bends over backwards, to make me happy, and give me just what I ask for, and want . . . .! His name tag says…Nick. He’s a valued employee. He hustles . . . ! I just want to say that, He sticks out . . . ! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Give this guy a spiff. Or a PM. He’s always hustling every time I go buy . . . ! Please, give him an employee of the month, or something like that. I’m serious. I’ve been in other stores, and nobody cares. This guy, Nick, Cares about how customers feel, . . . !

Today I visited the Lee Mill Tesco Store to book an opticians appointment for an eye test, I was very disappointed to have to wait for over 30 minuets to see the only person in this department, She was dealing with another client but as this department, obviously has lengthy consultations, why was only one person on there own??? I am very disappointed with this issue and hope this was just one small hiccup and not a regular practice. I do not complain about the service, I do complain that only one person was on duty and the length of wait for a 5 minuet conversation to book an appointment!!!!
