Service with a smile, good food at a good price
Absolutely awful customer service in Seguin Texas by an employee by the name of Enaja. I called about 12 minutes prior to arriving at Wingstop and I as put on hold. I heard probably ten customers orders placed but not mine. 12 minutes later I pull up to Wingstop still on hold. As I reach for the door I see Enaja pick up the phone and hit the button to hangup without so much as seeing I was still on hold. I immediately confronted her about it and she said O well we were busy. I said after all that wait you didn’t have the decency to see if I was still on hold you just hung up. She looks at me and said are you going to order or not. Sorry sorry excuse of an employee. If this is the customer service you provide then you obviously don’t need my money and I will take it elsewhere.

I would like to thank Brayden at Halfords Dewsbury 0736, for his invaluable help last night. The rear glass of my WAV mobility car had a it’s rear window broken at Asda, I called in to see if they could do anything. My son who has special needs was in the back, Brayden helped by removing the old glass then sealed it, with a temporary fix with cardboard & duck tape, while talking to my Bailey putting him at ease, words can’t explain how grateful I am, I use Halfords from time to time but on this occasion I didn’t buy a thing. But the help I received was exceptional to say the least, thank you Halfords for giving when you didn’t have to the world needs more Brayden’s.

I eat at the Wingstop in Palmdale on 10th street, the staff is nice especially the manager she is fast to get your order done, her name is Maria. The wings are delicious, I recommend this place to everyone.
