Win a $100 ALDI US Gift Card – TellAldi.us [2023]

March 22, 2023 by SurveySweepstakes Team 103 Comments

The ALDI US Satisfaction Survey allows the marketing executives of ALDI, a common brand used by two of the leading discount supermarket chains of the world to find out the views of their customers about their shopping experience on their store. While small stores can depend on contacting their clients via phone or through email to seek their views regarding their stores, it is not the same with huge stores, who depend on online surveys to gather feedback from their clients about their shopping experience as well as the service provided by their staff.

Based in Germany and founded by Theo and Karl Albrecht in 1946, and having its corporate office located in Batavia, Illinois, ALDI boasts of 10,000 and more stores in 18 countries around the world in diversified locations such as Germany, USA, France, Australia, and much more. Participating in the survey, which takes a few minutes to complete, and providing your honest feedback will allow the marketing executives of this conglomerate to rectify the faults in their business.

About ALDI

Aldi has become one of the leading discount supermarket chains since being founded in Essen, Germany in 1946. Today Aldi US, the north American subsidiary, operates around 1,600 stores all across the country, and worldwide revenues typically top $50 billion annually. The company also owns the gourmet food store chain of Trader Joe’s.

Aldi is well known for its practice of paying its employees a lot more than minimum wage and more than the employees of other supermarket chains, as well as its consistently low prices on grocery items, produce, toiletries, small electronics and toys. Aldi’s website posts in store promotions, weekly specials and coupons and like most other supermarket chains, Aldi also publishes a weekly flyer outlining the week’s extra savings.

    Dear Aldi,

The survey form made me crazy. I love Aldi…price, quality, speed of shopping, and interesting products that change with the season.

Lately there have been stocking problems at my locao store on Richmond Highway, Alex. Va…
Several times in a row, no large tubs of Plain yogurt, and no bananas. Very unusual.

My main purpose is to request that you bring in cases of Pur Aqua Bell Vie pure sparkling water, unflavored. Store managers tell me that it comes only in cases of assorted flavors, and that people take all the plain ones when they find them. I am one of those people. I have been checking for weeks, and not found any. The flavors are too sweet, and plain makes a wonderful foundation for my own fruit flavored drinks. It is delicious poured over a lemon slice and ice.

    Thank you for your consideration,

    Mary Busse

I shopped at Aldi’s in Tiffin, OH Sat 5-11-19, bought $27.70 worth of groceries including a seedless watermelon for 3.99. Got home, it cracked, I started cutting it up, it was rotten inside. I tasted a tiny piece and it was horrible – rotten. I didn’t know what to do. Cut the inside out and put down my disposal and threw out the rind. Couldn’t have taken it back. Just thought you should know. Wonder how many other people bought them!

Aldi’s is my #1 store to shop . It is the only place I purchase certain things that I can not get in other stores ,or it is priced ridiculously. I shop where ever I am , vacation, at our summer home , everywhere. It is the best grocery store in my area. their return policy is also very good which I have only used once.

I shop at Aldi, store located at Oswego, IL 60543-8188. I have been shopping at aldi every 10 days for several years and loved the price and the products, but recently after renovation I notice prices have gone up and the produce which i buy more often are not good. The salad box, organic spring mix which i buy every week had already started to rot and i had to spend lot of time to clean it. I feel sad about this previously though the store was small products were good for less price than walmart. I hope you can bring the prices down and also look at the quality of the produces which mainly buy and depend on aldi for this. I love the Organic Grassfed milk, is there anyway you can reduce the price of this product? I buy 6-8 cartons per month. Rest about the store, it’s clean, associates are friendly and helpful no doubt about it at all. I and my other friends love to shop at Aldi all the time and buy other rare seasonal items.

Up until a month ago, maybe slightly more, Aldi (where I shop weekly) carried SIMPLY NATURE ORIGINAL SHREDDED WHEAT 100% WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL… Bar Code 4 099 100 035575. I used to purchase it regularly because it is one of very few breakfast cereals offered on the market that contains no sugar, and in America so many products are filled with sugar. I try to eat healthily as a senior adult over age 75. Please reconsider stocking that item.

We are Aldi shoppers and usually love the food items. Recently you have changed the shape of the gallon jugs of milk. The jug is very difficult to open. The screw top leaves no room for your fingers. We have remarked about this to the cashiers and they tell us many people are complaining. Is there a reason why you changed the tops? Will you change them back?

The one-way isles and several things you did to provide a safe environment. I also saved $30.97 today over the price of our little local grocery store! For the record, I love shopping Aldi’s and shop there often and will continue to shop there, however I have an issue with the new shape of milk containers. The half gallon size has no handle and that makes it difficult for people with arthritic hands, small hands, or children to grasp the side of the jug. I find myself grumbling every time I reach for the milk. I’ve almost dropped it a couple times. Why the change? Please go back to original jugs.

I love the Kirkwood Frozen All Natural Turkey Burgers, but the Easton, MD store stopped carrying them. Why?
Also, can the store start carrying canned hominy? Several other customers and 2 employees have mentioned when I am there that they wish the store carried it. So, I have to shop the competition to get what I want.

ALDI is one of my favorite places to shop because of the low prices and variety of good foods and good products. Plus it offers unadvertised specials every now and then. Let’s not forget how helpful the cashiers are and how you can use one of the many boxes in metal cages at the back of the stores!

There was nothing on the flyer to indicate prices applied to Cherry Hill store only. How is a customer to know that the prices don’t apply to all stores in the same area?

Disable veteran and senior citizen. March 15, 2020 at 9:51 am. I shopped at A L DIS store #54. Jame was the cashier. A l DIS store was crowed with people standing in line. I observed another A L DIS employee on the floor straightening products. I am a disable veteran and a senior citizen with chronic preexisting condition. The people standing in line was highly annoyed and upset with Jame because she fail to call her coworker to open up another register. The line stretch from the register to nearly the rear of the store. There was only ONE REGISTER OPEN. I ask the couple behind me if i could step out of line and ask the cashier if she could please call an employee to open a second register. I approached Jame, and made a customer request. If she could call her coworker to open another register. She “DECLINE” my request and fail to call for assistance. This made me and the people in line even more “ANNOYED”. This is my least successful trip A L DIS . Jame showed no COMPASSION FOR A 30 YEAR DISABLE VETERAN AND SENIOR CITIZEN. Jame DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL “VALUED” AS A CUSTOMER. I ALWAYS FEEL, I SHOULD FEEL “VALUED” AS A CUSTOMER AND NOT BE ANNOYED WHILE SPENDING MY MONEY. I THOUGHT YOU WOULD WANT TO KNOW. HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. JAME NEED’S TO BE RETRAIN ON WHAT THE STORE POLICY STATES. AND HOW TO SHOW COMPASSION TO CUSTOMER’S. YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND SUPPORT CONCERNING THIS REQUEST IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you.

I shop regularly at Aldi and liked them very much until yesterday. There was only one cashier and the lines were very long. Then a second cashier came up and complained to everyone that she was about to go on break. Then in cashing me out rang up one item twice so I had to return to the store for a refund at which time I had to fight off a panhandler. And now when I tried to give feedback on the Survey for $100 which she was enthusiastic about informing us, the code to start is registering as not valid even though I checked it 4 time and re-entered it twice. I hope that somebody reads this and returns my message so that we can straighten out this very negative experience.

I shop at Aldi’s in Neshaminy,pa 19020. Everyone is friendly personable and the store is very clean. My complaint is there should be hand sanitizer wipes available to wipe carts clean. All other stores have them in a dispenser as you enter the store. These should be a must, especially during flu season. PLEASE make them available!

I am sick and tired of finding a product at Aldis that I love and then find out that it is a seasonal???? item or that it is out of stock and they don’t have any idea if it will return. Case in Point: I purchased a box of Angel Food Cake mix that we LOVED and it was the best I have ever made, only to find out that it is a seasonal item…………..really?? Angel Food Cake mix. It has been really frustrating …. what is your answer to this problem?

We shop weekly at Aldi’s and are pleased with the items we buy. What we are NOT pleased with is the way nearly all of the cashiers handle our groceries! This is not just our local store, but every Aldi’s we have ever shopped in. We have decided that in order to work at Aldi’s, the cashiers must take classes on throwing the groceries into the basket. We get very frustrated each week to see our groceries being handled this way, yet we continue to shop at Aldi’s because of our satisfaction with the products. If the throwing of the groceries would cease, we would be thrilled!!
